Ever had a problem that customer care could not resolve?

This should be a good thread, let's hear your good ones!

The only issues I have never resolved are when the caller wants the "moon" and I just cannot give it to him/her.

Other than that, I've had calls that have been extremely difficult, system issues, problems with code, plans, hardware, etc, my longest call was 2 hours 45 minutes, but with the help of other depts. to fix what I could not they were eventually solved!

It's crazy sometimes, you would think after years of being in business these bugs would all have been worked out.

i have had a few instances where customer care could not resolve my issue. over all oppenion of customerservice, most of them are great people however the vast majority of them are robots they read from a script. most of them if you ask them something that is not on the script they have no idea what to respond.

i had one issue when i ported a number did an esn swap in november 2003 when ready link first roled out. when i swaped my phone ready link did not work. so i called in and they did something and my entire phone # quit working. if you called it they said "the number is currently not in service" i called in and they would do a troubble ticket and tell me it would take upto 72 hours for the ticket to be processed. after 7 days of no s...
