Help!!! Loyalty upgrade question.
I currently have a Sprint family plan with 2 lines. I am 12 months into my contract and would like to upgrade through Best Buy or Radio Shack. When I check my upgrade status through Best Buy they say the primary line is good to go and the secondary line will be ready on 1/01/11. Does that mean we can get two new phones at the new customer 2 year pricing?
I know with the Sprint Premier loyalty program only the primary line is eligible. So I'm slightly confused here. Anybody got any ideas?
And to add even more confusing details. Radio Shack has my secondary line listed as the primary line and says its the one eligible for the upgrade 🤨 . When we called Sprint to clarify, they said they switch the lines after 12 months so both lines ...

ok so with two lines heres how it works. you purchase two phones at the same time, at one year point, primary line is eligible for full upgrade and second line is eligible for 75.00 discount on upgrade both with two year agreements. At 22 month point on second line is eligible for full upgrade. now after the first line gets it upgrade you could change the ranking so the other line is primary and within 1-2 bill cycles or up to 60 days after the first day of the next bill cycle-this if you really want to manipulate the system.
