While the announcement was a fail... To say the device is fail is completely assumption based and you havent actually used the device or read an in depth review yet. Had it been the iphone im sure the fanboys and girls^^^ like yourself would be in awe.

I also have to be honest and admit that, yes, our judgement about the phone being crappy due to the brand is silly just because it hasn't even been released yet. And no, I am not, will not ever be, and actually take offense to being called an iphone fanboy. I'm a sprint rep, just as you seem to be.

I don't know. Call it prejudice if you like, but if every time I eat at a restaurant I get poor service, I do not find it unreasonable to discontinue giving them my business. If they finally fire the wait staff and get good management there and a gang of my friends convince me to give them another try...I MIGHT...but it would take some convincing. Kyocera is not in the 'friends say things have changed' stage yet. In the meantime...

I also felt the event was overhyped. I am also VERY aware of kyocera's reputation. So, that being said I'm going to wait till this phone comes out, and get my hands on one. If it's good, then cool I will actually sell it unlike the ZIO.

I am not a Sprint rep just a customer who's tried em all and see the value Sprint brings to the table. I was actually referring to azeron about being a iphone fanboy. But nonetheless the Event could have been bigger and in our eyes released a different type of device. Regardless dual screens is game changing and after watching a few videos the features are impressive and could find its way into a lot of consumers who just want a cool phone/tablet for 200.00. I see a lot of people in non-4g areas picking this up and with a little developer support this could be a solid device.
