New phone activation

I got a used Sanyo 8100 to replace my current phone, and I want to activate it.

I thought I had activated my current phone online when I got it, but I am not seeing a link for that anywhere.

Has that capability been removed from the Sprint website?

Nevermind...I had to call customer svc since they think I am on a business account.
