Corporate Bullying by Sprint

David VS. Goliath

Jan 5, 2014, 10:49 AM
I believe sometimes it is not hard to find out why a company is succeeding or failing amongst there peers in the industry. As most focus on coverage, customer care and providing the best handsets; there are other that focus on cookie cutter litigation schemes that focus on wiping out an entire third party.

It is our existence that allows for larger company's to thrive with our B to B work as well as our customer care that we provide. Providing a person to talk to and not an automated system in another country or different coast.

Sprint VS. The Middle Man Inc. and the other 174 cases will demonstrate that what is right or wrong is decided sometimes by the size of your bank account.

In order for our wireless industry to thrive, I believe it must involve many different parties that help create an environment that is unique and also one that gives a customer options.

I reported the original post to the moderator a couple of days ago, because it seems like it's either phishing or a solicitation to a class-action lawsuit or something. Given that the post is still up, I guess either the moderators judged it to be a legitimate post, or perhaps they are too busy with CES-2014 to do anything about it.

I pray that Sprint doesn't get allowed to merge with T-Mobile. Sprint will F it up just like they did with Nextel. T-Mo uses an entirely different network, just like Nextel, and look how that turned out. Sprint has been a horrible carrier since its inception in 1995 and will bring down T-Mobile if they join. The only way I'd support it is if T would buy Sprint and run things by T-Mobile, not the other way around. However, I know it's the case of Sprint being in charge which would be a grave mistake.
