Has anyone out there worked for both Cingular and Sprint?

I am wondering if anyone could give me any insight in the pros and cons of working for Sprint vs Cingular.
Main concerns would be about pay and benefits.

I forgot to clarify that I am asking about working in a retail store location (company owned)

I will be working for both Cingy and Sprint as of 1/1/06 until then its verizon. In my area Cingy cant hold a candle to Sprint in my area with the no roaming set up. and there just as good as vzw coverage wise with that. 😁
