The Latest Problem With Sprint....

Sinner

Today has been the most unbelievable day ever! First, I wake up and I get ready to go to work, where I find that my outfit is still in the washing machine because nobody put in the dryer for me. So I'm driving to work and when I stop to get a coffee, I'm 50 cents short and the girl DIDN'T cut me a break and let me have the coffee even though I didn't have the correct amount. To add insult to injury, the girl at the coffee shop made late to work! To top it all off, my service was shut off today because I haven't payed my bill in 3 months! Can you believe it? They shut it off over a measly 250 dollars!! I am so sick of Sprint. They shut off my phone when I don't pay my bill. They charge me for roaming even though I don't have a nation...

Well let me put in two cents. Sprint has been known to be unfair to loyal customers. They keep you on a spending limit account even if you make your payments on time. If you activate an old phone and you are a new customer you can't upgrade at a disscount price until you reach 18 months. Oh and thier is more. You can't use data services while raoming on other carrier networks. You pay more to have a plan that covers roaming.

All carriers have problems which I understand but these are are simple things that Sprint could do to make it eassier ont the customer.

How much was her limit?

How much did she owe?

It's safe to bet the two numbers were terribly close to one another.
