Sanyo MM-7400 or Sanyo MM-5600
I currently have a Sanyo 8100 and I am eligible for an upgrade on September 1, which phone is better, the MM7400 or the MM5600? For those Sprint Cusomer Service workers which phone has the most complaints.

MM 7400 definitely! Had the 5600 for a month and passed it to my nephew, use the 7400 now. 5600 oversized, creaky hinge, overpriced. 7400 best I have had in the nearly 4 years with Sprint

It all depends. Does price even matter to you? If it doesnt the go with the 5600 because overall it is better quality and more capabilities. MP3, Pictbridge, louder speaker, sharper pictures(although the pictures in low lighting are very poor, my only gripe), longer videos, mini sd, sharper screen. The 7400 does have a few problems but it is still a great phone. You would be happy with either.
