Help!!!! Any one know how to get out of a sprint contract?
All because my wife added unlimmted text messaging to her plan sprint renewed her for 2 years. she has an old junk phone no bells and whistles and I'm not gonna pay full price for a sprint phone so woundering if anyone knows anytricks to get out of a sprint contract?

her contract renewal has nothing to do with her eligilibity on an existing customer rebate.

If you say that you're moving anywhere where they don't have coverage, that'll get you out of contract. Sounds like it wasn't valid, anyway.

sounds like you were on an old plan and whatever person you had add text also switched your plan. HOWEVER, the rebate is based on the PHONE, NOT the plan, according to my supervisor.

Listen not to be rude, 😉 all you sprint people are missing the POINT. This guy is pointing out what is obvious to everyone outside of Sprint, they will nickle and dime ya to DEATH 😡, he already didnt want to be with them when his contract is up but now he is going to be tortured even further because Sprint will renew your contract "just for calling in to cust service " 👿 if you're not careful! So, stop dancing aroung the issue Sprint people and if you want to be helpful give this man some legit insider info!

Sprint does not renew your contract for any more reason cingular t aint mobile or any other carrier will. They give you a 200.00 phone for 50.00........and you dont think they do that to KEEP YOUR BUSINESS???? Dude, thats how business works. you give people reasons to continue doing business with you.its what builds good companies
