People affected by Katrina will recieve service credit for the month of sept. Depending what location your from will determine the credit amount. Three Levels Red, Blue and Green. Those hit the hardest (red) will recieve full credit. Those hit Mild (blue) will receive 50% credit. As well as credit for text, 411, and some other services. And for those affected the least will have to talk to customer care and will be credited 10% and have certain items like 411 and text credited to your account.
