I changed my plan to the Fair and Flex plan, but where I live, I had to pay 5.00 more, its not included here 😢 , thats weird, I thought it was nationwide, same offers. So when my phone display reads "digital roaming" its no more charging extra right? What about when it reads "analog roaming" is that included in this or not?? thanks for the help 🙂

all roaming is included when you have the roaming option. The reason that it is not included in the price of the plan is because you live in an affiliate market. What this means is that you are not covered by sprint owned towers, but towers sprint leases from affiliates, and due to contractual obligations with those companies, rate and plan prices are different.

now there is a way to get the plan price you wnat. the way you do that is change your csa to a non affiliate csa. But that would mean your pcs number would not be local to your area.

basically, your phone has no idea you're on a F&F plan, or even what it is. It's just letting you know its roaming... But, to not be charged roaming charges, in our market, you HAVE to use AT LEAST half of your minutes on Sprint network!

not true...we use to tell our customers that, but we never actually charged. And now all roaming is included regardless of the romaing option you have.

I was told that a customer has to change to the new plan to have the roaming included- that it won't happen automatically. True?

What do you mean, do you work for Sprint? The lady never told me I could only use have my minutes to roam.. I have the 400 fair and flex, i had to pay 5.00 to get the free roaming, she never said anything about a limit. She just said you have it, no charges, and I assumed if it roamed anywhere its free and if it said analog roaming its free???? 😳

Tell the the truth Honda... doesn't it suck 😢 to be with Sprint? Do I, dont I, maybe, maybe not? Dude come to a company where you dont have to worry about all that! If you have to get a deposit it is WELL worth not being with Sprint! Dont take offense people this is just my honest opinion, based on my PAST experiences with Sprint 😕
