Internal Phone Numbers
Hi everyone. New to the forum, and this is my first post.
I was wondering if anyone has any internal customer care numbers that bypass the automated systems? I work for a Sprint retailer, and the 3rd Party Hotline is great, but it takes a while during peak times to get anyone. I remember the old 877-349-4413 number, but it seems to be slowing down now..

Nope, can't get anyone who speaks english well enough to get anything done. Call this #, works great for all customer service issues I've ever had.
