I Have a Sanyo VM4500....
and I was considering paying the $50 to lock/line and getting a new phone. Does anyone know if I would be getting the same model or a newer one since its disco. Any help will be appreciated. 🙂

you may get the same phone depending on locklines inventory. but if they do not have them in inventory you will probably get a sanyo 7400. if the phone is not broken you might be able to replace under a warranty issue like i did at the store level and they gave me a sanyo 7400 because the 4500 was dioscontinued

I had a 4500 replaced through cust. service w/ a 5600! 😁
But, keep in mind that they had a ton of issues w/ the first release of the 4500, so I'm sure they've got a ton of refurbs sitting around for lockline to gobble up.

they sure do but what you do is if they send you a 4500 call back and tell them smthing is wrong w/ it and they will send you a 7400
...
