New Position
Hi everyone. I have been with Sprint for 4 years now as an Indirect Account Executive. I will be changing in a few weeks to a retail store as a Senior Customer Service Rep. Anyone have any advice or something of that nature that may be helpful with the transition?
Thanks in advance...

Do you indirects do ANY work at all? Seriously, We at the 'Shack had one, and he did absolutely NOTHING for us. Hell, we had to fight uphill with him to put through a employee line, AND THATS WHEN YOU BUY YOUR OWN PHONE!!!!!!!!!! Maybe he just didn't like RadioShack, I couldn't him, that company sucks. Oh look, RadioShacks stock is down AGAIN (NYSE: RSH) What a big pile of monkey spunk... The only thing worse then the actually company, is the people who SHOP there! 😛 😛

Some of us actually work...I do know of a few that don't do much at all, and that makes us look bad. I tend to put in about 45-50 hours a week. I conduct weekly store visits with each Shack, do a "Wireless Day" with pizza and promo stuff in each shack once a month, attend every manager meeting and employee training, as well as do internal contests in each store.
Its a great job...but its time to move forward. Hope life at the Shack works out well for you.

Yeah, his name was Chris Mangoia. He sucked. He often switched positions with Zinia (kinda hot i guess, but she had kids...) both did nothing, but alteast zinia would return your calls...sometimes.... God I hate reps, at least sprint ones. They did nothing, and anytime I asked them to do there job, they outright threatened me saying that I'm harassing me. The only rep I liked was my Verizon ones. They did there job, and in some cases helped me gather up information for a research project for me. Now THEY never stopped working for me 😉
