Corporate Employee Info

Is there anyone out there can tell me a bit about the commission structure for corporate area employees? With Sprint buying out the affiliates, I was wondering what changes would be coming our way. Thanks

im about to start work at sprint next week with an agent "shentel" i was wondering how well they paid commissions. i also heard that they dont pay good hourly either.

It depends on if you're working at a vendor site or an internal site. Vendor sites have their own way of doing commision, pay, and benefits. I know because I worked for one and it was terrible. Not just the pay and commision and benefits, but just the whole place. There was a mold problem. â˜šī¸ But now I work at an internal site, and it's great. The commision is great and extremely fair (The more you sell, the higher percentage you make of those sales, and if you hit your quality points, you get an extra $2/hr.) Doing the bare minimum gets you an extra 300 a month easily. The pay is decent, but definately helped by the commision. Benefits are excellent, though. Worked for something related to "Shack" before. $5.50/hr + crap commission. Work corporate owned store, pay is wonderful, less stress, and they take much better care of you. Employee phone plans are better usually too.

heh thats another thing, Alamosa currently give us a $300 allowance every 6 months for a new phone.so when we are talking used phones we can get something pretty high end. how does sprint corporate do this? i've heard it isn't near as good...

I am suprised that Sprint does not offer discounts to their employees for handsets and MRC'S 😕 ?

i hope at least i get to keep my employee plan, atm i pay 9 dollars a month, 5 for ins and 4 for roadside rescue. i'm going to have ALOT of tep swaps if not heh.
