does anyone the upgrade model for the lg pm-325 or what they would send you if you had insurance on your plan and needed a new phone. thanx.

Most likely you'll get the same model. Just because the stores don't currently carry the phone doesn't mean the phone no longer exists. The insurance company stocks older model phones.
