Better Customer Care May be a targer
Ok, I was a customer under my mom's account from like 17yr-20yr. I am now 21 and I have my own account with Sprint, I have been a customer with them for 1 month, and I bought a Sanyo 8300 red. I didn't want this phone but the entire Detroit Metro area were out of Sanyo 9000, Samsung A940, Samsung A920, you name it they didn't have it. I wanted the Samsung MM-A940 They told me they would have it before my 30days exchange was up on January 8th. Well they didn't get it, a couple of days ago, I was told that sales throughg sprint had the phone and Iwould have to buy it full price at $400 plus dollars. I was upset cause I still thought I was a new customer and I was told the stores would have the phone I wanted before my time was up. I thought this was a little bit unfair.
I called customer care and explained it to them and customer care, ordered me a Samsung MM-A940 and sent it to me at no charge, and I just had to send them my Sanyo 8300. I was really impressed by the way they handled me, compared to the days where I would be on the phone arguing with them for hours.

That is good. I work for Sprint, and truthfully, I am surprised that any carrier would do that...
They did the right thing...you must have gotten a good rep on a good day... 😛
