I'm just curious...how is reception in Brooklyn, NY (particularly Sheepshead Bay, Mill Basin, Marine Park, and Park Slope). I have Verizon now and I was just curious how Sprint is in relation to the pretty good coverage I get with Verizon.
Btw, I don't want to start a flame war or anything. I'm just curious for a reception comparison because I know alot of people that said Sprint has gotten better in my area and I was just wanted to know how much of an improvement there was.

Would be best to ask a local Sprint store rep, the liklihood of people here knowing reception in your area are rather slim.. 🙂

I dunno if it's better than verizon, but it's better than anyone else. If I had to rate reception in that area it would have to be like this:
1.Verizon
2.Sprint
3.Cingular
4.T-Mobile
5.Nextel
P.S. Had no problems with Sprint's reception for the last 2 years

That kind of looks about right all over the nation.. except for Kentucky (Eastern) where Verizon doesnt get much a signal.
Here in Tennessee, Sprint would be number 3 after Verizon, Cingular..
