question!
I just ported over from nextel on saturday, i on on the f&f 35.99 and i have unlimited txt messaging for 15. My text messages are not working right, i can send and recieve them from other sprint users, and cingular users, but not from nextel or anyone eles. I also am TRYING to set up AOL AIM forwarding to my cell phone but my phone will not take the confirm message that aol send it. does anyone know why this is? or have any of you had problems with your messaging? let me know becasue if this keeps up then i guess i will have to switch back to damn nextel...

Most likely your phone will work fine if it is reprogramed.
But my biggest recomendation would be to go change your phone RIGHT NOW! Compared to the Samsung A840, the LG225 blows monkey balls. Trust me, you will be happy you took it back.
As far as fixing your problem, call up customer service, explain the situation, and they should be able to fix it over the phone. You will want to call from a landline, just in case they do want you to reprogram your phone.

Truthfully though, if you switch the phone out, the problem should go away when you do that...
