I'm probably going to be switching to sprint soon, and I want to get power vision ultimate for $25 bucks a month. My buddy was playing around with his friends power vision phone and he said that it wasnt letting him watch live tv...that even with a power vision ultimate pack, it would let him watch movies like big mommas house, but when he went to watch ESPN it just displayed a bunch of text and gave him an option to purchase the channel. He also said sirius radio was an additional charge.

I'm not sure if he was doing something wrong or what...or if sprint really charges you for power vision access PLUS the charge for each channel? Thats pretty ridiculous if they do. Someone please explain this to me...i've been with t-mobile for too ...

"Sprint Power Vision Packs will include compelling content for all plans and will be priced at $15, $20 and $25 – all of which include a streaming radio channel from SIRIUS, streaming live news from ABC News Now, and unlimited Web and data access."

Even with the Ultimate pack, there are many additional channels that are extra. For instance, if I wanted to purchase the Swimshuit model TV channel, that would be an extra charge a month, on top of the $25 I pay for the ultimate pack. The Sirius radio channel is the top hits, but if you want full access to all channels, which is about 20 of them, then you simply pay the extra $6 a month to get that.

Hope this helps.

When my buddy told me about ESPN not working, it sounded a bit odd and I wondered myself if his friend really had the ultimate pack, versus a basic or plus.

I went out and bought an a900 yesterday and I've been playing with it and the power vision. Already I'm disappointed with two things.

What my friend said was half-true, in a sense I guess. There are two different channels of ESPN. When I launch the channel listing for the ultimate pack that I'm paying $25 bucks/mo for...I dont have many options.

The first screen I'm taken to has a number of options and categories. Sprint TV, Radio, Music Videos, Sports, Cartoons, etc. If I scroll to Sports, there are none of "My Channels" and only "available channels"...available meanin...
