Just activate your service @ any Sprint retail store or 3rd party (I assume you'd go to BB to do it?!). Then call the business department @ 877-812-1223 to add your discount on.
If you activate @ a retial store, they should be able to put your discount on the account, so you wouldn't have to call the # listed above. Enjoy! 🙂

By the way... in past experience, I've noticed that activating and then calling the 877 # listed on the previous post can take up to 2 billing cycles to hit the account. Not the biggest deal, but a penny saved...

sometimes it is instant, however, sometimes it isnt. it can actually take up to 3-4 billing cycles to post to the account. it depends how quick the process is.

1. go to a local store and they should be able to do it for you.. sometimes they cant or wont
2. call up your HR people to do it, or go on your intranet i am sure there will be a benefits for you.
3. call up sprint or nextel's b2b at what hum said (877-812-1223)
4. call corporate accounts @ 1800-390-9545
