From what I can tell you, yes a customer can come in with his own equipment and go month to month. However there is an extra $10 a month charge to go month to month. And of course no promotional offers.

How to set it up in Premiere I have no clue. RMS and P2K I can try to help ya.

I don't know. Maybe because they WANT sales experience and nothing less. But we have hired people from the call centers before. If you are interested in a job at one of the stores I would encourage you to be persistent. You never know.

Sprint is no longer offering to setup a customer without a contract. They will however allow them to have a one year contract, but as we know there are very few plans now that allow one years contract. One year contract plans are market specifice.

in my area you have to know someone for the most part to get hired. there are tons of people that want the jobs so no need to hire someone that nobody knows.

To my knowledge, it depends on what kind of plan they go on. Fair and Flexible requires a 2 year agreement, period. The Incoming calling plans require at least a 1 year, I believe. Free and Clear don't require anything but to go month to month, there's an extra $10 per month. Also, if they want free pcs to pcs (even on a shared plan) or their nights and weekends to start earlier than 9, they have to have a 2 year.

Hope this helps.
