the best multimedia phone available in my opinion would be the Sanyo 8300.......lots of people may say the samsung a900 but people are sold on it being thin......have had a lot of a900 buyers come back dissappointed with battery life, not enough internal memory (only holds about 10 songs or so). As far as EV-DO/Power Vision phones go, the a920 is really cool, but has classic samsung reception issues (Sanyo has the best reception across the board). The Sanyo 7500 is a really cool phone but upon release it had vision and ready link provisioning issues, and needed to be taken to Sprint Service Stores to be repaired. Hope this helps you!

I would also have to throw the Sanyo 8300 out there as the best multimedia phone with best reception. It has a VGA camera and you can record 30 second clips, as it does NOT have the external memory as the a920 it still has better reception and dependability across the board. The Sanyo 7500 is an amazing phone also, but i would look into it a little bit more in seeing if the bugs have been fixed. Good luck on finding your phone!

I like the 8300 because of features and quality vs. price........you can't beat it! i have a Sanyo 9000 which is the best handset I've ever owned, but they only offered it Dec. of '05, partly because it became the ESPN Mobile phone.

And i thought we were the only ones having that provisioning issue, i've heard if your in an EVDO market there is no problem with it.

not sure about that, we aren't an EVDO market here. But, I REFUSE to order any more 7500's until they prove to me it is fixed..........I had about 75% of them come back before i stopped bringing them in.
