Looking to make the switch, Cingular vs. Sprint
My contract is about up on Verizon and I am looking around to see what other providers are offering. I am looking to get either a blackberry or a Treo, and I want to know what are the pros and cons between Sprint and Cingular. Also which carrier is better when it comes to their data package. Or should I stay put with Verizon? 😉

in my most humble opinion your only choice is between Sprint or Verizon. if you want a PDA phone you need a carrier with good high speed data coverage so you can use the advance features that makes the phone cost more. Cingular doesnt really offer that right now they are still working on it. view my post on the cingular forum for more info tho.

IMHO, stay away from a Blackberry. You are better off with a Treo or a UT Starcom Windows Mobile PDA. Just an opinion, I hate Crackberries. Depending on your service area is where to choose a carrier. In my area, Sprint is WAAAAAY better than Cingular. Could be different in yours though.
