Sprint experts HELP
I'm going to go pick up the Samsung 920 and I only want to sign a one year contract. It's been a long time since I have signed up for service of any kind and want to know where it will say 'one year' will it be on a print out receipt or what. Any advice or anything to look for would be helpful. Thank you

I don't work for Sprint, but sold Cingy & Nextel in the past. When I xferred services from Nextel to Sprint at a 'Sprint Store', the end of the contract was printed out on the bottom of the world's longest receipt....

I work for Sprint, and our contracts fit on standard 8x11 paper. Don't know what you are talking about, could be different where you are. As far as a 1 year contract, they are almost obsolete at this point. Our area doesn't even offer 1 year deals anymore, all 2 year. If you DO find one somewhere, expect to pay 75-125.00 MORE than the nationally advertised price on the phone, for those prices you see everywhere are on 2 year contracts only!

I called the sprint store in my area one year contract np 75 bucks more for the phone but that's no biggie for me. Any thing else I should look out for? Thanks

Look out for the plans. All plans with the exception of the area wide plans REQUIRE a TWO YEAR aggreement. ALL nationwide and fair and flexible REQUIRE TWO YEARS. Hope this helps.

Great! The area wide is what I want. Perfect

Sprextel is correct about that.........and if you go out of your local area, you will be charged a minimum of 50 cents per minute for roaming! so BE CAREFUL!

...the Sprint store(s) where you buy crap like DirecTV, local/long distance, and wireless stuff. From the cash register, this long (about three-four feet, no sh**) receipt prints out. At the bottom it says when the contract ends... And yes, two years is all thats listed on their pricing sheets...
