Verizon vs. Sprint vs. T-Mobile
I have decided to leave Verizon because they REFUSE to sell me an unlimited text package and the overages are KILLING me.
I am trying to decide if Sprint or T-Mobile will be better for me, and I'm really not sure.
I live in Phoenix, travel a lot, and I'm on my phone constantly. I will need e-mail, web browsing, and all of that stuff too.
Any feedback here or privately will be greatly appreciated.

Unlimited text=$15/month.
The new Fair and Flexible plans include roaming OFF the Sprint network @ no charge, and nights start @7 included.
Vision (Web) is one of the best data networks in the industry, and Phoenix does have the EV-DO high speed network, so go w/ and EV-DO capable phone. Email is included in Vision packages, and starting @ $15/month, not a bad deal.
The Audiovox 6700 is a good PDA phone for what you need, but if you want to stick w/ just a phone, maybe the Samsung A920 or Sanyo 7500. All of these phones are EV-DO capable (for def. of EV-DO, look in the glossary)
Good luck!

Care to elaborate? 😕
Customer service is not top of the industry, and occasionally you will get a bad rep., but it is improving.
But, if that truly is the case, I would explore the idea of you having a defective phone. I'm sure Sprint has plenty of happy customers there.
