HAS ANYONE BEEN GETTING CHARGED FOR A SERVICE THAT IS ON THERE ACCOUNT YET YOU ARE STILL BEING CHARGED FOR IT?
i GOT CHARGED $147 FOR INTERNET USAGE WHEN CLEARLY ON MY INVOICE IT IS NOTED THAT I HAVE A VISION PACKAGE.
i ALSO GOT CHARGED $36 FOR SWAPPING ESN... SPRINT REALLY IS BECOMIN CRAP. 👿
i FiND IT SO AKWARD THAT SPRiNT VOiCE AND DATA SERViCES WORK SO WELL WiTHiN THOSE FiRST 14-30 DAYS THEN iT ALL BECOMES HELL. . . with the esn swap fees, if you go into a store, USUALLY they will not charge you for that. unless you are talking about upgrades, then ues, it is a disease spreading.

Well, are you going to like sex chat or text sites that charge a fee for their service????? I have people here all the time giving the same gripe and when I call cust. care to help fix it, they in turn embarrass the customer by divulging to me "these extra charges are for lonelywomenwantyou.com" or something of the sort! I think it's funny as hell when these people leave theirselves wide open to get busted out........This wouldn't be what you did is it???? 🤣

Smooth genius,but sorry itsnothing like that. Thisis the 3rd time in a month Sprint has gotten it wrong. First I paid a bill and they counted it against my account which put me over my spending limit then they charged me for using text messaging when it was unlimited then they charged me for internet usage when it is clearly on my bill and last they charged me for losing my phone and them not having the same model available with the insurance so they charged me $36 because it was a different model. You made a modest attemp at being funny but you really you made the truth about yourself and your past experiences using the internet known good job. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

hahaha yea, ok........you seem to be a peckerhead, but I'll still help yo dumb azz out.....Call sprint and tell them you did not upgrade, you made an insurance claim so they need to waive your 36.00 fee and they will. The fee is tracked by swapping ESN, but it can be waived in your case.
NOW, as far as your OTHER issues..... YOU HAVE THE WORST LUCK I'VE EVER HEARD! you have all these things billed to you that are, in instances, billed by "other service providers", like, DATE CHAT! Date chat is free, EXCEPT what the chat provider charges per message! Believe me, I see this alot due to the fact about 50% of our business is military!

95% of the time when people have constant problems with their phone it's user error and the people are just looking for reasons to raise some ****, or else they are just idiots who dont' know what they are doing. On the rare occasion they are being serviced by idiots who are new or just don't know what they are doing.
Either you have to find someone else to help you, or you have to quite doing stupid stuff to rack up your charges.

oh i have no doubt that people are mischarged or just charged too much. but thats why we issue alot of credits each and every day. half of which are just to make people happy even though nothing was wrong. i was refering to those that have constant problems and something is always wrong.

oh, and as for the extra vision charges, did you add it into your biling cycle? because then it was not backdated to the begining of the billing cycle, hence, the charges incurred prior to adding the package onto the account.

NO WONDER WHY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT THE BEST.... if i were in a call center dealing with customers like this dude i wouldnt be too helpful to him either. ARE YOU SERIOUS? READ your first sentence.... does it make sense to you? Let me guess... your a "speding limit" customer. Always asking "what do i have to pay to get my service turned back on".
As for those charges for the internet. It most likely is from your downloading habits. (when you download something... there IS a charge for it)

I got my service the day I turned 18 thats why I have a spending limit. The Charges actualy did happen due to a mistake by sprint but I got them cleared up.
The customer service wasnt too helpful due to there lack of knowledge about my account. it sucks being transferred 4 times

Sir, you are without a doubt, falling prey to urban myths of the evil Sprint monster charging you “magically” for ESN swaps and other ridiculous charges incurred. You have no doubt probably signed up for something stupid such as reoccurring game charges, horoscope text messages, etc. Based on your ill written and poorly informed commentary, we should expect nothing less from you. I can assure you that Sprint only charges a $36.00 activation fee upon phone upgrade or new activation.
