Which is the Best Sprint Phone?

Right now I'm leaning towards the a940 by Samsung.

Good choice. a940>a900. The 900's bluetooth is awful and the battery life is terrible. I have the a950 (verizon's model of it, same phone basically) and I couldn't be happier with it.

I'd prefer the a940 though, it just looks better than the 950.

My mistake, I just realized it's the 920 I was talking about. Ignore this.

i really like all of the features and capabilities that my a900 has, but the signal is poor, and the battery life is horrible! my 8300 has great signal and great battery. if they can get the battery and signal along with the 900 features, i would completely make that my favorite phone!

...enter the new sanyo RAZR equivilent.....

when THAT one is released, i will be paying full price for it because i will never qualify for the upgrade cause i keep f'ing up my hlof (handset life on file)

The 940 was discontinued on the Sprint side. 900's bluetooth is fine, battery life is definitely not the best. My suggestion is the mm-A920 because it has most of the same features as the 940 (- biz card scanner, and retarded beat maker) and it is still on the shelf 😁

Stay away from the a940... Samsung has discontinued it after only 3 months of production. Unless you are looking specifically at the 2.0 mega-pixel camera. Go with the a920. It offers everything that the other phone does, with GREAT SOUND! 😉

If you can find one, I would suggest the Sanyo 9000. I finally got one a few days ago and love it. It was discontinued shortly after release because they were using the same model for the ESPN launch phone.

Great phone, good signal, very good speaker, good battery life.

No bluetooth and very hard to find, but well worth it.

And if you can't get the 9000, get the a920, all the features plus bluetooth minus the larger screen resolution and that Sanyo sturdiness.
