i got fired from those mo' fos (even tho i still love sprint service!) but i dont care about giving you their phone number...

this is manager's hotline... which i still use frequently...

1-877-663-9203
passcode 3652

they may ask you for a password. its usually something like legacy / nextel/ sprint... nothing hard. sometimes if you play dumb they will think you got routed on accident.

I don't think they can tell a difference between a regular call and managers hotline call. but yep, that would be the one.

I didn't realize we all had the same passcode heh.

cool.

i always thought that they did because they always asked for the password. i guess if you say that you are just a customer that they won't care then.

The system asks for the passcode, not the person you talk to. at least for me when i call in i type in the code then the customer care person talks like i'm just another person. so i'm assuming it just sticks you at the head of the que when you call in via that number.

yeah, i'm aware that it has you type in the four digit passcode, but when you actually get in, they ask you for the sprint passcode to make sure that you are from a retailer. it probably just bumps you to the from of que, how you said.

okay!!!!!! maybe i'm just "special" (in the short-bus sort of way).

i just called in and the guy said that they ARE, in fact, regular customer care (like you guys said). 🙂 it just bumps you to the from of que, like you said. 🙂 i don't know why i was asked a passcode, unless i got this number confused with another sprint number...

who knows?! 🤣
