Unknown Device????
When i check my account online, instead of a pic of my phone, it reads unknown device? Anyone know why?

if you just changed phones, it can take a few days, even up to a billing cycle, for the phone to show up online. otherwise, sprint could be updating the website and the picture is not available right now.

I bought the phone two weeks ago from today and when i checked it the day after my phone was on their, but since this pas Sunday it's been saying unknown device, but maybe ishould wait til the 2moro when my bill is due.
