The short time I had Sprint, the PCS Vision is way ahead of VCast. Live TV (news, sports, weather etc.) was the main reason I liked it. The only complaint was you have to keep it alive or every 5 minutes it will disconnect; kind of irritating.
I now have VZW. VCast coverage is very limited to small areas in major cities, so I only used it a couple times during the 30 day trial. I was not impressed.
VZW web is ok and fairly priced, but if you're into the multimedia stuff, Sprint's the way to go. Go to their website for cost; there is multi-tier pricing depending on what you want.

Right now on my plan, I have Sprint Power VIsion pack (15.00 per month, ulimited data access), and I downloaded Sprint TV Live (9.99 per month, i get about 25 channels of live TV (Cspan 1/2, Fox Sports, Fox News, Discovery, TLC, etc.)
So, total, Im paying 25.00 per month extra for my vision items.
