actually it roams off of alltel in tawas, most likely sprint will not have a home network up there. There was some rumor that the iden towers would be converted to cdma once the transition is complete (years from now) other rumors say that the iden will be used by govement for public and emergency dispatch. If your a nextel user im sure you have quite some time before youll be faced with the decision to switch.
