Dealing With The Wireless Industry. Pt. II: The Sequel
đ Happy 4th of July Everyone! My last post gave me some pretty good info so why not go deeper? Now once again I'm just looking for relevant info that could help.
My topic of today is Customer Service âšī¸ which is one of the number one problems people have to discuss on here or any forum for cell phones. Now I've heard the horror stories and bad store experiences people have had but do you guys think it the companies policies that cause sooo many complains and problems or is it really just the wrong people at the wrong time? đ¤¨
P.S. I know customer service is a sore spot for a few reps on here so lets not get to upset. We've all had a few bad customers.

when you deal with sprint, its like a lottery. The other day they called my GF and said she got $150 instant savings towards a new phone if she signes a new contract over the phone, and then she could go to any sprint store and they would give her the instant savings(I.S.). So she agreed. Once we got to the sprint store, the truth is that sprint Effed up badly and the truth is that she was only eligable for a $75 I.S. So in the sprint store she called and bitched to one guy who didnt give a rats azz and basically said "your SOL lady". So she called back and said she wanted out of the 2year contract because it was a ploy to get her to sign a new one because she was only going to do it if she got 150 dollars I.S.
