I have loaded a few GIFs to my phone to use as screen savers (stewie doing the robot, XBOX 360 startup ring of light).. when I have one of those set, and I try to voice dial with my bluetooth headset, the phone freezes and then power cycles.
Anyone care to test this issue to confirm for me?
...
never heard of that happening.
try not doing stupid things to your phone.
...
try eating a dick.
Thank you, have a good day
...
maybe i should explain myself.
i do tech support for sprint.
i get calls like this all the time.
if samsung doesnt specifically say that it will work, then no one who knows what they are doing should be helping you with it.
they have a compatibility list for a reason.
that being said, i didnt check the compatibility list for screen savers.
but alot of times, you can read the manual or go to their website to find answers to those questions.

I know all of that.

I asked if you would like to test the theory and see if it worked the same.
If you wouldnt, then stay out of the thread, and dont try to be all cool and point out that Im "stupid"
Message board badasses, gotta love em.
...
i didnt say you were stupid.
i said dont do stupid things, aka putting incompatible filetypes on the phone.
didnt mean to start anything.
it is possible for intelligent people to do stupid things. just look at me when im drunk.
...
were you drunk when you typed your first message?
And, its my phone, Ill do what I want.. dont you worry about me and my phone.
...
No kidding. He's talking about message board badasses and he's the one starting **** and calling people dicks.
I don't think he deserves to have his question answered.
...

Like you said, it is YOUR phone... but if your phone starts powercycling on its own, that sounds like a surefire indicator that the files you put on your phone are either of an incompatable type, or at least corrupt... I mean, could you not figure that out on your own? You wanted other people to crash thier phones too so that you could be 100% sure?... awesome.
And by the by (or by the way, whichever you choose), you DID a...
