Sprint PPC 6700 - touch screen issue very rare ..
All of a sudden my stylus does not work on my touch screen but I can use my fingers and it works fine!!! yeha ...crazy ..anyone have any idea what caused and/or how to fix this? I am at a loss.

Just as Bill Gates' wonderful Operating Systems on PCs get buggy from time to time, so do devices running Windows Mobile. You may have to recalibrate it by tapping on the screen:
Start
Settings
Systems Tab
Screen
Once you get to the Screen, hit the General Tab, tap Align Screen and just follow the prompts.
This should take care of the problem. If it doesn't, you may wish to take it into a corporate Sprint retail store that has a service technician on duty to look at it.
