Activation problem - agreement confirmation didn't recognize #
So I went through the whole adventure of porting my number from Verizon to Sprint, but then, when the live CSR switched me over to the computer to confirm my agreement, the computer didn't recognize my PCS number as valid.
EEEEEEEEEEEK!
What to do?

Call them back, and let them know.. They can note the account or transfer you back to it try again.

If it was the Voice capture to confirm your agreement, dont even worry about it. 85% of customers never do it anyway!!!
