What is so hard to understand about JD power rankings?? Even a 2 year old understands what 1st, 2nd and 3rd means. It is not that hard.

Not necessarily! I meant childish behavior. See you can be 35 but the behavior you display could mimick that of a 10 year old. Thats just how you have been acting with your posts. "HAHA Cingular, Sprint is so terrible", dude this is childish. Sprint has over 40 million subscribers so they are a great fit for a lot of people. Cingular has over 57 million. To all the silly children, there is no best subscriber in general. All have their strong and weak points and customers will weigh that when they choose to purchase service 😁

You are absolutely right. Its just become so pointless to keep trying to explain this to people. They will believe things based on "personal experience" and think that is the case with everybody.

I agree 100% with that! Sprint is the shizznit! like any other carrier it all depends on where you live. I was with sprint for 5 years and it was the best company I've been with. The only reason why I left them is cuz of their sh!tty upgrade program and phone selection but as a network and affordability they are G.R.E.A.T. Props to sprint. Don't pay much attention to JD power ratings because those are based on public opinions, and some of those same opinions are driven by what people "hear" not what they actually "witness" as a customer with certain companies or products. so the ratings are not always accurate. That's just my 2 cents.

We have a good upgrade program...and a bigger phone selection now.
