first let me say sorry for the long time to reply snang, i pay about the same you do every 2 weeks about 11.75 and thats without counting what i put in to my 401k. vzw does a 100% match on your 401k of what you put in upto 6%. school is paid for upfront.
what sprint does do better is vaction when i was there you got 30days from the day you started with vzw its earned and personal days. i don't remember if personal days where given. health care is cheap i pay less with vzw then i did with sprint. feel free to ask me questions but remember i have worked for sprint since early 05'.

yeah in 06 the benefits changed. i was here in 05 they got a little more pricey as far as co-pays go but u get more included in like the vision insurance and what not. i came from wally world a much larger company thats treats its employees like sh 😲 t and the benefits are expensive and worthless. i've been with the big yellow and blaxk for a year now and its the best company i have ever worked for as far as all that goes.

what i like about vzw program is that when i get my lazik eyes surgry it was paid by mu job at 80% meaning i pay only about 200 out of my pocket with sprint i had to pay 1,000. plus having school paid for upfront was A HUGE BONUS. When i was with sprint i was over looked for sr.rep,asm and rsm jobs and seen the jobs given to people outside sprint and sometimes wireless industry. when i left i was offered a asm job. since i have been with vzw i started out as a rep now i'm a sr. rep, been offered an asm job but i want my weekends and now i'm going to the goverement sales side . HOPEFULLY SPRINT HAS CHANGED AND LEARN TO PROMOTE WITHIN. i'm not saying this is SPRINT NATIONWIDE BUT THIS IS IN THE MD,VA,DC,PA AREA
