Sprint's order support department
I've been a customer care rep for Sprint for about a year and a half now, and a few weeks back switched over to the order support department. Now, I was warned that it was always busy, in queue all day, every day, but I never imagined it could be this bad! From open to close, the wait time is AT LEAST 25 minutes, and for the last 2 hours or so before OS closes the wait time for customers gets over an hour! And the thing that really pisses me off is the fact that Sprint corporate doesn't care! The majority of our calls are for shipping issues... you know, we shipped to the wrong address, sent the wrong phone, where's my order, etc. Therefore, the majority of our callers in OS are BRAND NEW.
