Can someone fill me in why this phone is so hard to find and/or why it is kind of like a decent phone but being ignored?

I feel like I am clueless when reading up on it and think I am missing something? Only available at non-sprint locations.. Very few reviews, etc.. Is there something wrong with the phone?

I need a phone that can do analog and digital and also bluetooth - this seems to fit the bill.. but then I see the limited input and think Hm.. hmm... what do these people know that I don't!!! ☹️
