Back in october of 05 vzw started a .40 admin fee which enabled customers to cancel w/o etf when we realized this was causing churn we decided to give customers who called to cancel a credit of 24 months X .40 .....a whole wopping 9.60 a customer.....kudos to sprint for responding to this churn issue.....its sites like these and pcs intel and engadget that so many of us frequent and we all know how word of mouth travels quickly so again kudos for the quick action from sprint......

oh, well yes the company that does not come up with a way to educe churn finds its self on the auction block. wireless economics 101 no matter how much profit you generate high chern will always = lower stock prices. investers what to see a stable company. that means low churn and every customer under contract combined with high rpu. you can have 100 million customers going over there mins by 100$ every month and not under contract and the stocks will still do bad. the investors will see the quartly growth as a big risk and stay away.
