Sprint RAZR $49.99
I went on Sprint.com yesterday to add another line of service and it said: Online Exclusive: Add a line for as low as $9.99, Choose from a Free Camera Phone or the Motorola RAZR for $49.99. I called Sprint and they said they have no RAZR's. Why are they advertising it then. The good ol' bait and switch. WTF?

I think you can pre-order it. It is coming out in the next couple of weeks. They have been advertising the KRZR and giving the ability to pre-order it for a couple of weeks now.
