I'm new to Sprint!!!
I'm not sure why ever one is dogin on Sprint I recently ported from verizon and IMO they offer much better service and offer so much more, I love POWER VISION and my voice calls are much more clear then it was with verizon.

You're absolutely right. Power Vision is great. There's no reason to hate on Sprint. I think what most people are barking about is the troubled transition they're having right now. On the CDMA side of the network, life is great.
Another thing that has dogged them is their reputation for poor customer service. I rate them only slightly better than the orange splat and WAY below VZW and T-Mo. I still use Sprint exclusively and don't work for the company for what that's worth.

Sprint just fired most of the custumer service people and went to a new company for cs. Thank God

Are they farming it to an outside company? I can't see how that would help their case any.

They already have an outside company before the one they changed to. They are now useing the same 3rd party as verizon and nextel.
