Teneesee Market
Can anyone tell me how Sprint fairs up in the Nashville, TN market. I also travel some to S Tn in the rual areas. I have Tmobile now and I am looking to switch.

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how it will work for you specifically because we are not there, but I can tell you that looking at the maps and other information shows that there is pretty good coverage in that area.
The best advice I can give to you is try it and see for yourself.

I lived right outside of Nashville for 2 years.
About 10 miles south of it actually.
Sprint had ok coverage there, unless you got out on some of the more outlying roads or areas.
Overall Verizon and Cingular have excellent coverage jus about pretty much in the Nashville Metro area and surrounding counties.

Thanks that is what I was thiniking. I travel home to S TN near Pulaski and its very rual there. I am not there often but will want my phone to work when I am. Looks like cingular is the winner mainly b/c for the price and also early evening hours.

Don't forget sprint has more roaming partners then any other carrier. Cingular has I think one. Tmobile. So keep that in mind. I have been in a lot of places and always have service. And since sprint signed with alltel for data I get full data services when roaming also.
