Name: Kathy. I do not necessarily know what department, but I would guess Sales. She was very friendly & helpful in answering my questions about new phones & international roaming, as well as getting my plan changed.
I am a long time Sprint customer & have experienced a number of Service Reps that where quite the opposite, & were not knowledgeable about Sprint products. (Note: there have been other times where I did speak to someone that was helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable).
I hope there are more like that out there for the next time I call.

I have had so many I was starting to think that I had a special 800 number to all the nice sprint reps that no one else had!!!

As long as you-re a high valued customer (i.e., make your payments on time), you will always get great customer service. On the other hand, if you are not so valued (i.e., past due every month, call every week to ask for credits, billing disputes and whatnot), Customer service may not be as much as accessible, it also depends on the mood you have while making the call, if you call out in frustration over a cetaing charge of your bill, it would be recommended to stay calm within the call, that way the care reps will work better on the issue; however if you are slamming profanities over the phone while aksing for credits over something you haven't even deciphered for the bill, the experience might not be as pleasant.
