Well this is what happened to me. I got the PRL for non EVDO handsets. 10036. They are saying it might be because I used this phone to replace a non EVDO phone and something with the system is screwed up. They are trying to fix it. But call CS and tell them you need your account flagged for a PRL update! The system knows I need one as every time I call *2 it says we recognize you need an update. It just gives me the wrong one!

If you wanted that to stop, I can make it stop.

You can email me your number at [email protected] and I can stop the flag.

However, there seems to be an issue with more M1's than just yours, so I think that you will have to have a store put the correct prl in OTW (over the wire).

My wife just took it to the store and got it updated with the $15 waived. Its weird. The system new it needed it every time I called but just sent the wrong one. Hopefully they get it fixed. They said they were sending a ticket to the engineers so they can fix the servers.

For me it didn't. It may be the fact I upgraded from a non evdo phone to the M1 one. Please read my post. I love to help but not repeating!
