Goto http://www.realestniggas.com/ringtone/ and find the ringtone you want and right click it and click save as. when done downloading goto http://www.t1mmy.net/visionTool.html and click browse and find the ringtone file name and put your phone number in and it send a link to your phone for free.

Do what I do, buy the data cable for the phone ($20+) and make your own ringtones. If all else fails, you can always go to funformobile.com and get it from there.

😢 Well i tried it and it did not work for me at all,i even got small ring tones in my pc,and it loaded it on the website,and the site told me that i would be sent to my cell( 🤣 ) And i`m still waitting.

You cant receive any links on your phone because metropcs does not support internet service yet. You'll have to wait until they do.

On the 8900 Audiovox it has a feature call Voice memo,like on my 8910 model.

With this Feature you can reacord any sound or music up to 60 Seconds.
On the 8900 you can get that sound and send it to your self and store it as a ring tone.
My Nephew has about 9 of his very funny one on his cell,and even songs from his CD`s and Nintendo sounds,all home made. 🤣
This is what gets me, my 8910 is a much newer phone and it will not let me do this same trick.Him and i spent over 45 Minutes trying.
To only have the file come back to me empty once i download it to my Cell.
If anyone has gotten this to work please let me know............. 😕

I am getting my metro pcs in 6 days and i have heard of it done on the Samsung a670 (which i am getting) my friend has done it and they are going to teach me when i get my phone on the 16th. On the 8900 i thought it could not be done but i think it could be. ON the 8910 not sure but if you could not do it, it must not be possible. I will try it on my Samsung when it get it 😁

Funny,but in my neck of the woods they say that i can`t be done on the Samsung`s 😳 .
But to be honest i have bien on the phone both with Audiovox and Metro over this,and it`s no big deal,my life will not change if i can`t record and make ring tones,but Audiovox was very surprised that it did not work on my 8910.to tell the truth the guy on the phone has an 8910!!!!
and he says that i can be done,but he also told me that if Metro Pcs got wind of this ( 😈 )it would not be good for their ring tone deals (you know what i mean?)
And while calling Metro i told them that Audoivox told me that my phone should record any sound or Music and download it back to my self to use as a Ring tone.
The Basterds Hung up on me 😳 ,i was sooo sho...

Oh okay, well i hope it works. Can't wait until i get mine on Saturday i hope they do not fix the whole free send yourself ringtone things before i get to get a few. They should let us atleast have that for free lol. Do you know how much your phone can hold though? is their like a certain amount?

Record your favorite sound that you would like to use as a ringtone using voice memo on your phone. Save it if you like it. Then go to pic messege put your number in then scroll down and you will see something called sound put the voice memo of the ringtone you want in there. Send it to yourself save it to my sounds.
