Sprint 8910 Camera Phone MSL

How can I change the MSL of a Sprint 8910 phone without service to work on MetroPCS. I have heard this work on Cricket, but will it work on Metro?

It still would not work, you would also need the firmware and prl loaded for metro otherwise it will just think you are constantly in roam and would only work on travel talk (.49 to .79 a minute)
