they started testing mobile web this week, it will be either available as a seperate ala carte feature (best guess is $7 per month) or it will come with a new rate plan at $50 per month.

What market is it being tested in? Why is it Atlanta and Florida get everything first? Wasn't CA the first to have Metro?

ok just to let you folks know i was at metro repair and sales center yesterday and the bottom line is they are still testing it and from what i was told when the new model phone comes out that is when most likely we will have internet on metro pcs and that was a quote from the mgr of the store

The feature is in deep testing...the service isn't in the plans for a couple of months even today, its a big step that will be taken after every bugg has been tested. Wont be within these new batch of phone coming out this next month...sorry!
