Kudos to Metro PCS in terms of customer service. I recently (40 days ago) purchased a Kyocera Strobe. Love the phone, but for the past 3 weeks it would intermitently allow the callers to hear me, yet I could not hear them. The frequency of this occurance has increased each day. Because I use my Metro PCS phone for business this is obviously a HUGE problem for me.
I first called Kyocera tech support, assuming the issue was with the phone. No known issues. They referred me back to the service provider. I went to the store where the phone was purchased and they were very nice, but had to send me to a corporate store.
When I went to the corporate store I was greeted by a very long line and only one service rep to handle the custom...
